You wanted babyfic, you're getting babyfic. And just like the Sea Monkey, there's a lot you won't know until the fics actually arrive. How many, and how long, and boy or girl or alien mutant sprogling.

I'm putting a call out for drabbles! Yes, drabbles! Happy, angsty, bloody, wretchedly sappy, all of the above, whatever style or genre just bring 'em on, folks!
You have 8 hours from now: deadline 5pm EST Friday, December 9th. Later postings will be accepted but tardiness will count in your arbitrary scoring.
You must use one or more of the following props:
1. a ratty blanket
2. a broken engine
3. bloodshot eyes
4. vomit
5. pants
6. an old friend
7. spicy food
8. chakkan oil
9. drool
10. boobies
Drabbles will be scored based on prop-use, style, promptness, number of items of heartfelt flare, entertainment value, smuttiness, wrongness and joie de vivre; summed and then divided by how many candied walnuts are left by 5pm in the lovely tin someone left on my desk. Prizes will be haikus.
ETA: Or limericks, if I can't pare down the thought to haiku. |

It's just a sprog-a-thon, no need to be too stressed out over it... but if you're going to be late, or are running into any difficulties, please let me know, either here or via email. :)
If there's a problem, and you won't be able to finish your assigned fic on time, I ask that you inform me by Monday, April 25--five days from today, after the weekend. That will allow a few days for one of the [oh so wonderful, kind and generous] pitch-hitters to write for the request.
Otherwise... have fun being evil. Or sappy. Or sappily evil. Or evilly sappy. Whatever. ;D
